Reservation Policy

A credit card and photo ID must be presented at check in. There are no exceptions; this includes pre-paid reservations. A guest arriving with a prepaid reservation who fails to provide a valid credit or debit card will forfeit their stay without refund.

Please note if you choose to use a debit card upon check-in in, we follow accepted industry procedures and place a hold (a hold does not extract any monies from your account but will decrease your available funds until your checkout, when the hold is released). Again, a credit/Debit card and photo id is required at check-in. Failure to provide them will lead to the forfeiting of you reservation

A prepaid no cancel reservation will be cancelled without recourse.

Guests may of course choose to use a different credit/debit card upon check in, than the one used originally used to secure the reservation.

Our discounted pre-paid, non-refundable rate is truly both. Please pay attention to the steps involved before agreeing to the discount.  Those rates are absolutely non refundable. However, If something untoward does come up, please call Kathryn our General Manager. While we can't offer a refund, we have been able to, on certain rare occasions,  accommodated guests by being flexible on dates of arrival and departure.
